New walks for Winter

There’s a strongly seasonal flavour to our Autumn and Winter walks this year.

Our walks guide Ranger Aly Mir will be featuring a grim handful of macabre subjects to suit the gathering gloom as the nights draw in, including Haunted Holborn, Horrible Holborn and the Great Plague. And if you need restoring with something a little cheerier, he’ll be celebrating the run-up to Christmas with a series of special walks centred on Charles Dickens’ characters in Holborn and featuring the Charles Dickens Museum.
On 26th September there’ll be a full day walking tour taking in the fabulous cultural wealth of London’s Museum Mile as part of the Cultural Olympiad Open Weekend. Booking will be essential for this one – only 20 places are available
