Recycling
Most businesses in the rest of London will be paying to have their recyclables collected. A typical inholborn business will save enough in a year with this service to completely offset the cost of the BID levy. That’s all your inholborn services for free!
If you are a business located in the Holborn Business Improvement District, you can now make use of our free recycling service. We will collect all of your paper and cardboard, plastic bottles, plastic film and food and drinks cans - all in one sack, every day, Monday to Friday.
Collecting every working day from your doorstep means your recycling doesn’t pile up, so untidy streets become a thing of the past. And with just one electric-powered recycling truck doing the work of many, a significant impact will be made on reducing traffic and congestion in Holborn while a minimum impact is made on resources. In brief, your business gets the assistance it needs to carry out an effective recycling programme, your worries about recycling costs are removed, and you’re able to make a real difference to the environment both locally and globally. 120 other businesses have already signed up, and so should you!

We can't recycle:
Glass bottles and jars (Camden collection will continue) • Vending cups • Kitchen waste • Toner/printer cartridges • Other types of plastic • Carrier bags • Plastic wrap/packaging • Food packaging
