Upbeat is a user-led arts organisation with a focus on providing an inclusive service to individuals recovering from mental health issues.

Upbeat is a charity located in Holborn that provides an inclusive service to individuals recovering from mental health issues. It also aims to provide developmental support for musicians and performers through working with other communities and organisations. This support includes rehearsal time and space as well as training, promotion, performance opportunities and recording. Upbeat has a wide range of volunteering opportunities for professionals. These include:
- Trustees for t heir new charity from the legal and financial sector. Trustee meetings will be two hours once a month on Tuesdays from noon to 2pm.
- Probono Legal Advisers to offer advice sessions to musicians, songwriters and performers on all legal matters, especially those concerning copyright and contracts.
-Team Building and Community Event Volunteers to paint and decorate the community building and studios. This could be part of a team-building day for businesses.
