Lunchtime Event

Foyer event to fight crime and protect staff and businesses

On the 22nd May a lunchtime event was held at MidCity Place, which enabled staff and business management to come in direct contact with Crime Prevention Officer Steve Hardy and our Senior Ranger James Woodrow
 

The theme of this event was to provide information on the BID but more importantly key advice on crime prevention such as personal safety upon leaving work, awareness of cash machine skimming and property marking.
 

Also present was the Camden Council Community Safety Team who handed out literature on local safety issues and raised awareness on National Tackling Drugs Week.

The event was well received and a huge success. MidCity Place Security Manager Mick O’Brien said “The lunch time event at MidCity Place was a great success, I have never seen so much interest in security and crime prevention, and our thanks go out to Steve Hardy, Darren Miller and the rest of the team”
